The Pet Costume Contest consists of a Facebook-only sweepstakes (the “Promotion”). The Promotion begins on 10/08/19 at 2:00:00 PM (ET) and ends on 10/29/19 at 11:59:59 PM (ET) (“Promotion Period”). ELIGIBILITY: This contest is open only to those who sign up at the Official Rome Federal Credit Union Facebook page, are legal residents of New York State, and are twenty-one (21) years of age or older.
